By using or subscribing to EyoonAI, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you are using the platform on behalf of a business, you warrant that you have legal authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
Service Description
EyoonAI is a SaaS platform that provides optical retailers with an AI-powered virtual eyewear try-on service. The service includes:
- Browser-based facial geometry analysis using MediaPipe technology
- AI-powered frame recommendation engine
- Virtual try-on interface for eyewear frames
- Merchant dashboard for catalog and inventory management
- Usage and session analytics
User Accounts
To use the service as a merchant, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Immediate notification: of any suspected unauthorized access at: [email protected]
Subscriptions and Payment
The service is offered under the following plans:
- Starter — $49/month: Up to 50 frames, 300 AR try-ons/month, AI recommendations, email support
- Professional — $129/month: Up to 300 frames, 3,000 AR try-ons/month, priority support (24hr), CRM, API access
- Enterprise — Custom pricing: Unlimited frames & try-ons, dedicated account manager, 99.9% SLA, custom development
Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time without penalty. Fees paid for the current period are non-refundable except in cases of documented service failure.
Free Trial
EyoonAI offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial period, access is automatically suspended if you do not choose a paid plan. No automatic charges are applied.
Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Copy, resell, or sublicense the service or any part of it
- Use the platform for unlawful or harmful purposes
- Attempt to breach or damage the platform's infrastructure
- Upload content containing malware or malicious code
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of any party
Catalog Data and Content
You retain ownership of all data and images you upload to the platform. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to use this content solely to operate the service. We will not use your catalog data for any other commercial purpose.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the platform (code, algorithms, design, EyoonAI trademark) are owned by Eyoon. These terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the platform itself.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account in the following cases:
- Violation of these terms
- Non-payment of subscription fees
- Any activity that endangers the safety of the platform or its users
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard or by contacting us.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties beyond what is required by law. EyoonAI is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or data resulting from service interruption
- Purchase decisions made by end customers based on platform recommendations
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees you paid during the 3 months preceding the incident.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. We will notify you by email 14 days before any material change. Continued use of the service after this period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company operates, subject to applicable EU regulations.
